This cheesy, savory cornbread is a traditional Paraguayan dish. It is fantastic served warm alongside a meal or as a snack on its own.

• Picar 3 rebanadas de pan de masa fermentada en cubos. Pon 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva en la sartén y calienta. Coloca los champiñones encima, asa un poco y luego agrega el pan. Después de tostar pan y champiñones durante 1-2 minutos, triture los 2 dientes de ajo restantes y agréguelos a la sartén.
